Cancellation Policy

Due to the high demand for our no-cost renewal retreats, we require a $100 deposit to hold your spot. This deposit is eligible to be fully refunded following your retreat.

Although we sincerely hope that you'll be able to attend the retreat you've registered for, we do understand that schedules and situations may change. If you must cancel, we respectfully ask you to give us a minimum of 30 days notice. This will allow us time to try to fill your spot. To receive your full deposit back, you must contact us and cancel a minimum of 30 days before your retreat begins. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date will no longer be eligible to be refunded. Exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
