Eileen has been working in the health care field for much longer than she cares to mention. The healing world has been a familiar place to her and is a big part of who she is today. She began her medical career as a Rescue Paramedic Fire Fighter spending eleven years working with NASA involved in Astronaut Rescue. During that time she became a Registered Nurse working many years as a Helicopter Life flight Nurse. Propelled to continue on she obtained an Advanced Degree as a Physician Assistant from the University School of Medicine in North Dakota. Eileen practices integrative medicine and is involved in teaching courses with the emphasis of “treating the patient as a whole”.
She is founder of Health Resolutions LLC, a company providing patient advocacy, education and medical liaison services which help patients and caregivers navigate through the medical gauntlet. Her involvement with Breast cancer first began on a more personal note as her mother was diagnosed with it and although she was already working in medicine, she was transformed into the helpless caregiver watching her mother battle her cancer. Those emotions traveled with her as she advanced her career in medicine and they remain a big contributor of how she practices medicine today. Eileen is an Active Board Member for three different Breast Cancer organizations; Image Reborn (providing retreats for breast cancer patients), Pink Ribbon Story Foundation and BRAVE. In the community she volunteers’ as a Medical Provider for a free community clinic. She Lives in Eden Utah and in Florida with her husband Tom.
