This registration is for first-time attendees who live in Florida. If you live outside of Florida, please register for one of our Utah retreat options.

This is a Rest & Renew retreat. It is ideal for those more recently recovering from surgery or for those looking to let go and relax. All activities and yoga movements are gentle and restorative with options and free time for those who want more movement.
