Southern Utah – Canyoneering Adventure Retreat 9/12-9/15

September 12 - 15, 2024

Program is fully booked

This retreat is intended for alumni who have not attended an adventure retreat before. Also, we kindly ask that you wait to attend an adventure next year if you have already joined us at a renewal retreat in this calendar year. This creates more opportunity for others to be included.

After attending an Image Reborn renewal retreat, the adventure retreat is an opportunity for those looking to push their limits with the camaraderie and support of peers and leaders while immersed in nature! If you are looking to get out of your comfort zone, then this might be the right fit for you. **PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BELOW CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING.** This is a moderately physically challenging retreat that will include exposure to heights and to the elements. Please review the agenda carefully to ensure this retreat suits you, your risk tolerance, and your current physical health condition.

If you have not yet attended an Image Reborn retreat, we strongly encourage you to register for a Renewal Retreat. The adventure retreat is intended for alumni of the Renewal Retreat program.

Your leaders include 2 empathetic and experienced facilitators, Amanda Valenti and Shelley Dula. This adventure does not include camping but will involve rappelling and exposure to heights. You will be led by experienced guides provided by the experts at Zion Adventure to ensure your safety and to promote FUN!  Your crew will consist of 10 incredible alumni, all thriving and surviving after breast cancer. No experience is necessary, but the entirety of this retreat is conducted outdoors and will include lots of walking/hiking and rappelling. If you have any concerns, questions, or hesitancies please contact us directly.

Here is the general “flow” of your retreat. To learn more about general details about the route you will be traveling, itinerary, and packing information, please visit Zion Adventure’s website Click here.
