This retreat is intended for FIRST-TIME guests. If you have already attended a retreat, please allow new guests to join.

This is a Rest & Renew retreat. It is ideal for those more recently recovering from surgery or for those looking to let go and relax. All activities and yoga movements are gentle and restorative.
