Utah – Young Survivors Active Renewal 10/4-10/6

This retreat is intended for FIRST-TIME guests. If you have already attended a retreat, please allow new guests to join.

This is an Active Renewal retreat. This relaxing retreat includes activities and yoga that are slightly more rigorous than the Rest & Renew, designed for those who want to incorporate a little more movement into their healing.

Saturday:

Morning movement

Grief & Gratitude Circle
