Summer is a season of warmth, energy, and abundance—just like the healing journey. We invite you to join our Continued Wellness Virtual Retreat, a special offering designed for breast cancer survivors, retreat alumni, and our IRF community of staff, volunteers, facilitators, and providers.

This multi-day, seasonally themed retreat allows you to participate in as many sessions as you’d like over a two-week period. Whether you’re looking for reflection, connection, or simply time for yourself, this retreat is here to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
???? Summer Retreat Dates: June 17-19 & 23-26
All sessions begin at 6:30 PM MT / 8:30 PM ET and last 1 to 1.5 hours.

- June 17 – Opening Session: Welcome, Summer Themes & Introductions (Facilitated by Savannah Lavenstein)
- June 18 – Grief Sharing (Mindy Relyea) – A supportive space for reflection and healing
- June 19 – Neurographic Art (Rachel Ford) – A creative practice for relaxation and self-expression
- June 23 – Food & Body Relationships (Savannah Lavenstein) – Nourishing the body with seasonal wisdom
- June 24 – Yoga (Lucy Dillon)– Gentle movement to reconnect with your body
- June 25 – Chat Time (Savannah Lavenstein) – Medicines, treatments and side effects
- June 26 – Closing Reflection (Savannah Lavenstein) – Bringing it all together for a sense of renewal
