Yoga Practices for Building Nervous System Resilience 12/4

For those who have received a breast cancer diagnosis, you know the toll this experience can have on the body and mind. Susan Basmajian is a Yoga Instructor, breast cancer survivor, and Patient Navigator who is passionate about sharing her knowledge.
This workshop will explore how yoga practices help restore health and build nervous system resilience.
There will be a short presentation, a 40 minute yoga practice and a Q&A at the end.
This is an accessible, all levels class.
