Yoga in the Park 6/26

Join us in-person for a socially-distanced yoga practice hosted by our new friend Sofia Mileti, Yoga Instructor, Wellness Chef, and Health Coach.
This class begins with a guided meditation for grounding and calming the central nervous system. We will focus on connecting slow movements with breath and exploring the Anusara Yoga principle of drawing energy from periphery to core and explore slow expansion and freedom through stability. The class is for all levels and finishes with sivasana and singing bowls.
