Virtual Hypnotherapy with Audrey Holocher

Join clinical hypnotherapist Audrey Holocher for the third of four hypnotherapy sessions to be offered through Image Reborn this year. Learn more about how hypnotherapy works and receive coaching from Audrey as you develop and strengthen this valuable self-care tool.

For this event, you can expect us to start with brief introductions followed by a quick lesson on hypnotherapy and a group share of limiting beliefs. The session will conclude with a short, guided relaxation session which Audrey will deliver with the group’s crafted affirmations and imagery. Time permitting, participants will be invited to share experiences and ask questions following the relaxation session.
