Summer Virtual Retreat

Join Us for this Summer Virtual Retreat
We invite you to join our Continued Wellness Virtual Retreat, a special offering designed for breast cancer survivors, retreat alumni, and our IRF community of staff, volunteers, facilitators, and providers.
What to Expect
This multi-day virtual retreat allows you to participate in as many sessions as you’d like over a two-week period. Whether you’re looking for reflection, connection, or simply time for yourself, this retreat is here to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Summer Retreat Dates: August 17-20 & 24-26
All sessions run 6:30-8:00 PM MT / 8:30-10:00 PM ET
✨ Retreat Offerings:
- August 17 – Opening Session – Welcome & Group Introductions (Facilitated by Ally Morrison)
- August 18 – Grief Sharing (Mindy Relyea) – A supportive space for sensing into your current state of being, reflection and healing, sharing (if desired) and holding space for it all.
- August 19 – The Prescription Isn’t a Pill: How Lifestyle Medicine Takes You From Surviving to Thriving (Sami Mansfield) – Thriving after breast cancer doesn’t come in a bottle. Discover why lifestyle medicine is the most powerful prescription you already hold — and how to use it practically for the real stuff: menopause symptoms, weight and body composition, and getting your energy back.
- August 20 – Creating Through Change (Rachel Ford) – A gentle, expressive arts workshop focused on creativity, symbolic transformation, and reimagining. Requires common household supplies, and no art experience is needed.
- August 24 – Coming Soon
- August 25 – Nourishing the Skin and the Lymph System (Colette Ruff) – A practice to safely drain the lymph nodes and rid the body of toxins followed by a simple skin care routine with face massage to improve circulation and collagen production.
- August 26 – Closing & Final Thoughts (Facilitated by Ally Morrison)
