Self Hypnosis 4/6

Learn Self Hypnosis as a powerful self-care tool! Similar to other mind-body practices such as meditation and prayer, self hypnosis helps people to reduce stress and unnecessary tension. Reducing stress and tension takes you out of the fight or flight syndrome and into the relaxed, safe state that supports healing.
This event can be considered the third and final of this 3-session workshop. It’s okay if you did not attend the previous events, although the skills learned will be useful.
