Qigong & Tai Chi 5/8

Join Sifu (teacher) Toni Lock for an hour of Qigong & Tai Chi. This class will be done standing, with some easy stretching and self-massage. We will focus on slow breathing combined with mindful fluid movements, working at our personal 70% range, and listening to our body—not forcing.
Please wear comfortable clothes and have some water with you. Shoes are optional. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome!
