Positive Affirmations 2/2

Join clinical hypnotherapist Audrey Holocher as you develop a self-care tool that will help you learn to re-frame negative, limiting beliefs that prevent the healing of mind, body and spirit.
We will start with a quick lesson on hypnotherapy and positive affirmations. Then we’ll go through a relaxation session (don’t worry; you are always in control). We’ll end with a “You are lovable” exercise that will help you realize and regain your self-worth.
Supplies needed- paper and pencil.
This event can be considered “part one” and flows into upcoming events that are complementary to each other (Healing Imagery and Self-Hypnosis).
