Healing Imagery 3/2

Imagery is a tool that we can use to speak to the subconscious mind. This experience with Audrey Holocher, clinical hypnotherapist, will help us open up to visualizing and building our skill sets in this area. We will talk through some suggestions for healing/positive imagery, especially related to health, a positive self identity, etc. to help us achieve our goals.
