Adventure Retreats

Our Adventure Retreats are a natural next step for those who have attended our free Renewal Retreat and are ready to continue their healing journey in community.

While the Renewal Retreat offers space to rest, reflect, and begin restoring the heart, our Adventure Retreats invite participants to gently stretch beyond their comfort zones — rediscovering strength, courage, and joy through shared experiences in nature.

Past adventures have included activities such as canoeing, outdoor exploration, and team-based challenges designed to build confidence, connection, and resilience. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated to balance meaningful reflection with uplifting, memory-making experiences. Whether navigating calm waters together or gathering around a fire in conversation, participants leave with renewed confidence and deeper bonds with others who truly understand their journey.

There is a $100 registration fee for Adventure Retreats. Unlike the Renewal Retreat — where the $100 serves as a refundable deposit — the Adventure Retreat fee represents a participant investment in this continued growth experience. This contribution helps support the unique activities, materials, and logistics that make these retreats possible.

Adventure Retreats are about stepping forward — together — into strength, laughter, courage, and continued healing.
