Autumn is a season of change, reflection, and letting go—just like the healing journey. We invite you to join our Continued Wellness Virtual Retreat, a special offering designed for breast cancer survivors, retreat alumni, and our IRF community of staff, volunteers, facilitators, and providers.
What to Expect
This multi-day, seasonally themed retreat allows you to participate in as many sessions as you’d like over a two-week period. Whether you’re looking for reflection, connection, or simply time for yourself, this retreat is here to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Winter Retreat Dates: January 12-15 & 19-21
All sessions run 6:30-8:00 PM MT / 8:30-10:00 PM ET
✨ Retreat Offerings:
- January 12 – Opening Session – Themes & Group Introductions (Facilitated by Savannah Lavenstein)
- January 13 – Yoga Nidra (Susan Basmajian) – Meditative, intentional, and restful practice
- January 14 – Chat Time: The Side Effects of Breast Cancer (Savannah Lavenstein) – Let it all hang out in this “group wisdom” share time
- January 15 – Visions and Intentions (Rachel Ford) – Create a piece of art that will serve as inspiration for living with intention
- January 19 – Nourishment and Voice (Savannah Lavenstein) – Nourishing the body with seasonal wisdom
- January 20 – Grief Sharing (Mindy Relyea) – A supportive space for reflection and healing
- January 21 – Closing & Self-Care Moment (Facilitated by Savannah Lavenstein)
