This year’s theme\, Navigating with Heart\, invites us to step into our roles as guides—centered in compassion\, rooted in purpose\, and aligned with the journeys of the breast cancer survivors we serve. \nLike seasoned sailors charting open waters\, we’ll explore how to set direction\, adjust course when needed\, and stay aligned with our mission\, values\, and each other. This retreat-style summit brings together facilitators\, providers\, and volunteers from across the country to reflect\, recalibrate\, and reconnect before heading into another powerful year of retreats. \nExpect thoughtful dialogue\, skill-building workshops\, peer support\, and time to rest and recharge. You’ll leave feeling clear on your path\, anchored in community\, and empowered to lead from the heart. \nHighlights include: \n\nTraining and educational sessions led by experts in trauma-informed care and breast cancer support\nTime to connect\, share\, and build community with your fellow crew members\nExploratory workshops and discussions – you are an important voice in Image Reborn’s growth\nFun\, themed activities and meaningful moments to honor your own journey\n\nWhether you’re a returning facilitator or joining the crew for the first time\, this summit is a chance to step back\, breathe in\, and sail forward with renewed clarity and courage. \nLet’s navigate the year ahead—together. \nAgenda is subject to change. This event is designed for facilitator education and support. Providers and Retreat Volunteers are welcome to join for portions of the summit. Please see the outline below for more specifics: \nFriday\, September 26 – Facilitators\, Providers\, Volunteers\n4:00 – 5:00 pm – Photos\nDress to Impress! We will grab headshots of those in attendance to update our website\, journals\, and other materials. \n5:00 – 8:30 pm –  Main Event (Dinner Included)\nIRF updates and hear from experts in the medical world and in mental health on the topics of breast cancer and trauma-informed care. \nSaturday\, September 27 – Facilitators only\n8:00 am – 12:00 – Introductions\, Mission/Purpose\, and Workshops. Breakfast AND COFFEE included. 🙂 \n12:00 – 1:00 pm – Lunch and Photos (as needed) \n1:00 – 5:00 pm – Experiential movement\, Craft Activity\, Recognition and Closing \n5:00-6:00 pm – Dinner and Guest speaker \nSunday\, September 28 – Out of State Teams\n8:00 – 11:00 am – Breakfast and Strategy; Process and Data Review\nFood vouchers to go. \nClick to register.
