DESCRIPTION:You make a difference to so many.\nHow are YOU doing??\nRSVP and join us July 12 for a virtual group check-in.\n\nCan we just say how much we appreciate you? We hope you’ll join us for our official “Halfway-through-2023” group check-in and self-care refresher with Audrey Holocher. Please join us via Zoom for any or all sessions by clicking the link below.\n7:30-8:00 pm – Facilitator Meeting\nFacilitators\, please join us via Zoom for a discussion about your retreat experiences so far this year. Plan to share\, listen\, and grow. This meeting is for facilitators only. \n8:00-8:30 pm – All-hands meet\, greet\, and share\nFor all retreat facilitators\, providers\, volunteers\, staff & board: Introduce yourself\, meet others offering services at retreats\, share your retreat experiences\, and listen to what others are experiencing. \n8:30-9:00 pm – Relaxing Hypnotherapy with Audrey Holocher\nWrap up the evening with a wonderfully relaxing guided imagery session with Audrey Holocher. This is our way of saying “Thank you.” We appreciate how much you do for others; we hope you’re finding ways to take care of yourself. This session is intended for all retreat facilitators\, providers\, volunteers\, staff & board. \nAudrey Holocher is a clinical hypnotherapist who has been providing healing\, relaxing\, nourishing Zoom sessions to alumni since 2020. Her sessions have been incredibly impactful to those seeking extra care beyond the retreat\, so now we are offering a chance for YOU\, caring caregiver\, to come enjoy the benefits of hypnotherapy as a token of our appreciation. \nFor this event\, you can expect a brief introduction to hypnotherapy followed by a relaxing\, guided imagery meditation incorporating affirmations around caregiving.
