Follow the link below to register for free. \nWe have heard from many alumni that the color pink and the month of October can be triggering for breast cancer survivors and thrivers.  \nIn honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month\, and to help you through it\, we bring you a “Relaxing hypnotherapy session using guided imagery” led by Clinical Hypnotherapist\, Audrey Holocher. \nDuring this virtual Zoom session\, Audrey will lead us through healing imagery to calm the nervous system\, help us reduce fears\, and release anxieties – particularly as they pertain to the month of October and the color pink. \nRecording of this session is not permitted. \nThe protocol used in this session is proprietary to its creator\, Angela Simmerman-Sierra\, Hypnotherapy Academy of America \nWHAT IS EXPECTED OF PARTICIPANTS: \n\nBe comfortably seated in a quiet and private location (or with headphones)\nWilling to hold space for self and others\nNo judgment of self and others\nKeep feedback to yourself unless it is requested\n\nAfter registering\, keep an eye out for a confirmation email – this contains your Zoom link.
